From the Umbrian region, Moraiolo olive cultivar adapted well also here in Piedmontese pre-alpine hills thanks to a mild winter season and warm summers.

BESUC® – Monocultivar Moraiolo is a tasteful intense green fruity EVO characterized by the fresh grass, wild garlic, artichoke, and almond flavors followed by persistent bitter and pungent taste indicating a high phenols content.

Use it to flavor grilled or roasted meat, game recipes, soups, beans, steamed field herbs and the traditional ‘bruschetta’.
